Trade Ordering Made Simple

We make ordering bespoke hair for your salon easy — with full support from start to finish.

1️⃣ Start the Conversation

Use our quick Trade Enquiry Form to tell us what you need — or message us on WhatsApp if you have questions first. We’re here to guide you.

📋 We’ll ask:

• Hair method (Weft, Tape, I-Tip, etc.)

• Colours required

• Quantity or weight

• Packaging preferences (white label or our Get The Hair branding)

We’ll confirm all the details with our supplier so you don’t have to — we handle the back-and-forth for you.

2️⃣ Receive Your Quote

Once your request is confirmed, we’ll send an invoice via PayPal Business for secure payment.
As soon as payment is received, we place the order directly with our supplier.

3️⃣ Production & Shipping

• Standard hair: 3–5 working days to produce

• Delivery: 3–5 days to deliver - continuous updates

• Bespoke orders (rare colours, special sizes): up to 21 days

We’ll confirm exact timeframes before payment — no surprises.

4️⃣ Packaging & Delivery

Your hair can be shipped:

• In our Get The Hair branded packaging

• White label (no branding) — great for resellers

• Or your own salon label (on higher-quantity orders)

Once your order is placed, we’ll keep you updated every step of the way.
You’ll receive personal updates via WhatsApp or Email as your order progresses:

• Order confirmed

• Hair is being prepared

• Dispatched & delivery ETA

• Delivered confirmation
