Get The Hair – Real Hair, Real Timeframes
We’re not Amazon — we’re better. We supply salon-grade, human hair that’s custom-prepped fresh. That means each order is created with care, not pulled off a shelf.
1. Luxe & Custom Orders – Delivery Timeline
Most of our Luxe Range and colour-matched hair is made to order. Please allow:

3–5 working days for production

3–5 working days for delivery after dispatch
Most orders arrive within 7–10 working days, but to stay safe, we ask customers to allow up to 14–21 days in total. This accounts for things like courier delays, customs checks, or manufacturing backlog.
We’ll confirm estimated dispatch times at checkout or by email once your order is placed.
2. Stock Items – Faster Delivery
We hold stock of popular shades and lengths in the UK. If your order qualifies for faster shipping, we’ll let you know at confirmation.
You could receive your order in as little as 2–5 working days depending on availability.
3. Tracking & Couriers
Every order is tracked and requires a signature.

We’re always here to help, but we’re not responsible for delays caused by third-party couriers, customs processes, or strikes.
4. International Orders
Some items ship directly from our international manufacturers to ensure you receive the freshest hair, not dusty stock.
If your order is being shipped internationally, we’ll confirm at the time of order.
International orders may take longer due to customs or carrier delays — please allow additional time.
5. Urgent Orders – Plan Ahead
Need hair for a client, event, or wedding?

6. Courier Delays & Refunds
If your parcel is delayed or marked lost, no refund will be issued until the courier completes their investigation and reimburses us.
Courier claims typically take 7–28 days to resolve. We will:

File and track the claim

Keep you updated throughout

Only refund once the courier confirms the loss and releases compensation
If a courier rejects the claim, no refund will be offered unless the parcel is later returned or recovered.
7. Responsibility Disclaimer
We are not responsible for:

Delays once the item is shipped

Missed fittings due to last-minute ordering

Incorrect or incomplete shipping addresses provided by the customer
Hair that has entered production cannot be refunded or cancelled due to delivery delays. We will always do our best to help — but delivery speed is not guaranteed.
8. Trade Clients – Please Read
If you’re ordering on behalf of a client, you are responsible for managing their expectations.
We advise:

Ordering well in advance of fitting dates

Clearly communicating the timelines and aftercare

Explaining that all Luxe orders are custom-made and non-refundable once production begins
Delays, colour variations, or client indecision after dispatch are not valid grounds for a refund or chargeback. By ordering with us, you agree to these terms as a trade professional.
9. INCORRECT DELIVERY DETAILS:
Get The Hair will not be held liable for any incorrect delivery details entered at the time of ordering.
In the event that goods are delivered to an incorrect delivery address due to incorrect details being entered at checkout, Get The Hair are under no obligation to refund the order.
If the goods are returned to Get The Hair we will offer to resend the parcel to the correct details at a cost payable to yourself.
If the order is no longer required once we have received it then a refund can be made minus the shipping costs and a 10% restocking fee – unless the hair is damaged..
If a delivery error occurs due to a mistake made at Get The Hair, we will take full responsibility for our error and aim to correct the error immediately .
Get The Hair can cancel, refuse or amend an order at any time – especially if it seems suspicious.
