We check the colour, weigh out the bundles properly, and make sure the quality is bang on before it leaves. That’s why it takes around 7–10 working days — you’re not getting old stock, you’re getting hair that’s ready to last.

Bespoke Colours: Why the Longer Wait?

If you’ve asked for a custom shade, it can take up to 21 days. That’s because the hair is coloured and finished to match exactly what you’ve asked for.

It takes longer, but it means when it lands, it blends in and looks right first time.

Tips for Ordering Ahead of Events

Got a wedding, prom, or holiday coming up? Order at least 2–3 weeks before. It gives us time to get it right and you time to check the hair before fitting.

If you’re around Glasgow or South Lanarkshire, you can pop in to see the hair or arrange for us to bring samples out to you. It’s the easiest way to colour-match in real life.
